Financial Policy
To reserve an appointment, a card on file is required. By booking, you authorize Palo Aesthetics to charge your card according to the terms below:
- Consultation Appointments: A $50 deposit is required for consult-only appointments. This deposit is fully applicable to any service or product at the time of your visit.
- Payment: All services and products must be paid in full at the time they are rendered.
- Returned Payments: Any returned checks or declined cards may incur a $35 processing fee.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients:
- 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) incur a $50 fee.
- No-shows incur a $50 fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.
- Clients are responsible for confirming appointments. Reminder notifications do not exempt clients from fees.
Refund Policy
- Refunds for services or products are issued only at the discretion of Palo Aesthetics.
- Some services or products may be non-refundable, as determined case-by-case.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

This includes safeguarding medical records, treatment notes, and any health-related disclosures shared during your care.
- Your information is used solely to deliver exceptional service: managing appointments, customizing treatments, coordinating care, and sending reminders or promotions (which you can opt out of at any time).
- We do not sell your information and only share it with trusted service providers or healthcare professionals directly involved in your care.
- We use secure, HIPAA-compliant systems to protect your data. You may contact us to access, update, request deletion of your data, or opt out of communications.
