Financial Policy

To reserve an appointment, a card on file is required. By booking, you authorize Palo Aesthetics to charge your card according to the terms below:

• Consultation Appointments: A $50 deposit is required for consult-only appointments. This deposit is fully applicable to any service or product at the time of your visit.
• Payment: All services and products must be paid in full at the time they are rendered.
• Returned Payments: Any returned checks or declined cards may incur a $35 processing fee.

We value your time and ours. To ensure availability for all clients:

• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
• Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) incur a $50 fee.
• No-shows incur a $50 fee and may require prepayment for future appointments.
• Clients are responsible for confirming appointments. Reminder notifications do not exempt clients from fees.

• Refunds for services or products are issued only at the discretion of Palo Aesthetics.
• Some services or products may be non-refundable, as determined case-by-case.
• Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

At Palo Aesthetics & Wellness, we are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information.

• We may collect details such as your name, contact information, appointment history, and relevant medical or skincare history, as well as limited device and usage data through cookies and analytics tools.
• As a provider of wellness and aesthetic services, we may collect Protected Health Information (PHI). We comply with HIPAA and all applicable privacy laws to ensure your PHI is securely handled and only used or disclosed as allowed by law. This includes safeguarding medical records, treatment notes, and any health-related disclosures shared during your care.
• Your information is used solely to deliver exceptional service: managing appointments, customizing treatments, coordinating care, and sending reminders or promotions (which you can opt out of at any time).
• We do not sell your information and only share it with trusted service providers or healthcare professionals directly involved in your care.
• We use secure, HIPAA-compliant systems to protect your data. You may contact us to access, update, request deletion of your data, or opt out of communications.
